April Fools Cupcakes

Here are some photos of the cupcakes I made this week for April first. The kids loved them and thought is was very odd at first when I the "cup cake" mom brought in a pan full of spaghetti!


These were just normal cupcakes lightly iced with the creamy colored icing. I then placed them in a pan and drizzled the remainder of icing all over the top to look like noodles. Take the Ferrero Rocher chocolate candies and roll them in strawberry jelly, place them around the top. Add a small amount of water to the jelly and stir well. Once you have thinned out the jelly spoon it over the dish then serve.
